Supporting your business

All TUFF devices are built on the principle of 'quality first' because our customers cannot afford disruptive failures or faults with regard to their devices.
However on the rare occasions that something goes wrong or a device suffers an accident, it is important that prompt UK based service and support is available.

Equally, it is vital to have a warranty that is robust and designed to provide support, not avoid it.

At TUFF all devices are available with an optional 3-year* RTB warranty that is designed to keep your working by minimizing down-time.  To facilitate this, we have a UK service and support centre that will promptly handle warranty claims as well as requests for service, upgrades and support.
